Ian Jefferis BSc., MA.

Ian Jefferis, BSc, MA, is an Accredited Practitioner Coach (IAPC&M), Royal Navy veteran and purpose-driven mentor who has dedicated his life to helping people, especially young minds to unlock their potential and thrive through challenge.

Born in Cornwall and “made in the Royal Navy,” Ian’s first career saw him flying helicopters and leading military operations, where he mastered resilience, teamwork and courage under pressure. After leaving the forces, he built and ran two successful retail businesses before answering a deeper calling: empowering the next generation through coaching.

As lead programme developer for Noble Manhattan Coaching’s Adolescent and Child Coaching Programme, Ian has shaped global conversations around youth wellbeing, mindset and leadership.

Today, in what he calls his most fulfilling career yet, Ian continues to coach through charities and schools, helping children, teachers and parents develop the life skills and emotional resilience needed to thrive in a complex world.
