About the event
The Second Spring
Transforming Change Into Confidence, Clarity and Courage
In many cultures, menopause is known as The Second Spring, a season not of decline, but of awakening. Yet for too many Black and South Asian women, this phase unfolds in silence, shadowed by stigma, medical bias and the exhaustion of carrying invisible battles.
At the National Black Women’s Network, we believe it is time to break that silence.Through our Menopause, Mindset & Me series, we are reframing the narrative, from suffering in silence to standing in sovereignty.
This is more than a conversation about hormones, it is a movement toward healing, leadership and legacy.
