Across workplaces, leadership spaces and communities, menopause is finally becoming part of the conversation. Yet for many women of colour the reality remains that the support systems, research and workplace policies being developed often fail to reflect their lived experiences.


The Midlife Reset Series has been created to bring a more informed and empowering conversation to this stage of life.


Led by Bukky Ayoade, founder of Vibrant Midlife Wellness Practice, this two-part series explores menopause through both a workplace leadership lens and a healthcare awareness perspective. The sessions are designed for professional women, founders, leaders and organisations who recognise that wellbeing is not simply a personal matter.
