Chris Bialan

His career started with the Post Office and then the Bradford & Bingley Building Society followed. He was fast-tracked up the ranks and at 24 years of age was appointed Manager of their Lewisham branch. He was then promoted to Regional Manager.

Now, having worked in the commercial finance sector for 35 years and raising millions of pounds, Chris's focus has been drawn to more social, welfare and community ventures.

This has led to repurposing his life and mission to help those that need help to help themselves directly. They can then, in turn, help others.

He is also keen to develop and mentor new and existing businesses, which in turn, will help fund other projects.

In 2020 Chris set up and heads a team of like minded people of faith, to launch Thalen Group, a project funding and development business to help promote new and add value to existing business around the world, with hubs initially in UK, Italy, Germany and Brazil. Thalen Group will use the bulk of any profits to help promote and fund new and existing community projects around the world.

He thrives on facilitating deals for ambitious entrepreneurs and helping them launch their own businesses. Away from business,

Chris is a keen motor racing enthusiast and in 2008 set up his own race team. He has also recently set up his own charity, along with his wife , called "Your Time Is Now" to help the homeless in the UK and beyond.
