Aleka Gutzmore is a financial advisor; she has worked in the self-employed space for sixteen years. In addition to this activity, she is the director of A G Finance HUB, a company focused on raising the nation's financial capability through mentoring and training.

In this role, she supports small to medium business owners and directors across the UK with organisational structures within various business sectors.  Including risk review, currency exchange, auto-enrolment, payroll, book-keeping, accounts, governance implementation, and succession planning.  Aleka assists with the strategic decisions for target management and contributes to the development of revenue initiatives with branding and marketing planning, technology, and company operations and management implementation.

Aleka is proud to have also designed and delivered workshops through strategic partnerships with housing associations, universities, and charities to their service users through her trademarked brand, the Financial HUG™.  She is a champion of creative functions with educational and finance at the core under the banner of High Tea and Higher Goals.

Sophia Bailey-Larsen is a Napoleon Hill Certified Leadership Instructor, teaching Think and Grow Rich principles to women in business via online events; as well as being an award winning Vision Creation Mentor. She is the Co-Author of the bestselling book Journeys to Success and an acclaimed speaker sharing her personal brand of self-development for the spiritually minded.

Starting as a teenage Mum on a council estate in London, personal development transformed Sophia´s life by helping her see what's possible when you master your mind and focus on your vision.

Sophia has been studying Napoleon Hill´s work for over a decade and has trained over 7,000 women worldwide on what it takes to create wealth from a definite purpose. She is experienced in bringing new product releases to market, via social networking and events that sell. Now working as a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs, she has condensed her skills and experience into a 7 pillar process that clients can apply to developing systems for ongoing wealth creation.

As well as being one of the first British Napoleon Hill Certified Leadership Instructors, Sophia Bailey-Larsen has been recognised as one of the 50 most influential Black Entrepreneurs in the UK.
