Writing a Business Plan. Was it a good idea?
I developed a business plan at the start of my business.
I realised that it was a good idea and vital in bringing clarity, setting out business objectives, and milestones on starting in the business world.
This proved helpful in refining ideas and having a sense of direction, such as who I wanted to serve and what problem I wanted to help them solve.
What did you learn?
In writing the business plan, I learned how important it is to have a thorough understanding of who my ideal client is.
I also learned the importance of knowing the uniqueness of my service that sets me apart from my competitors.
If you don't like the position, size or placement of the photos, grab, move, rotate or resize them until you do!
Did you start without one?
No, I thought it very necessary to start with one. I started with an outline that I added to over time.
I found that a business plan is essentially a working document that can change as your business expands.
Where did you start?
I started my coaching business online in 2021.
I aim to build a successful company that allows me to serve my clients globally wherever I am located and prove sustainable throughout this global pandemic.
