MenopauseTalk

Public·32 Empowerment Circle

There is still time… but not forever.

Some conversations arrive quietly, almost cautiously. Others arrive with urgency, because they have been delayed for far too long.

This is one of them.

For many women, menopause is not just a moment in time. It is a turning point. A shift in how you feel, how you think, how you show up… and often, how you are perceived.

Yet, culturally and inter generationally, many of us were never taught how to name it, understand it or navigate it with confidence. We were expected to carry on. To adapt. To stay silent.

Tonight, we change that.

Menopause Mindset and Me: The Workplace Gap is not about adding more noise. It is about bringing clarity to an experience that too many women have been managing alone.

This is a space to lean in, to listen and to reconnect with your power, personally and professionally.

Tonight’s session is strengthened by the insight and lived expertise of Bukky Ayoade, founder of Vibrant Midlife Wellness Practice and a leading voice in workplace menopause strategy.

When women understand what is happening within them, they begin to move differently in the world.

Join the conversation and if you know another woman who needs this, share it with her. Let us build this conversation together.

If you believe this conversation matters, share it and help bring more women into the room.
