MENTAL WEALTH:
Reclaim. Rebuild. Rise.
Mental health is personal. Mental wealth is collective.

The MENTAL WEALTH: Reclaim. Rebuild. Rise. campaign is a leadership-led, culturally intelligent movement launched by the National Black Women’s Network and SistaTalk. It was born from a single truth, women of colour are carrying the emotional cost of systems they did not design and they are still expected to lead with grace.
This campaign reframes mental health as more than recovery. It’s about capacity. Sustainability. Legacy. Let us not forget the urgent need for healing systems, not just resilient individuals.
Running throughout October for National Mental Health Month, this campaign is grounded in six pillars:
Trauma Recovery
Healing the body and brain from generational and systemic wounds.
Narcissistic Abuse & Manipulation
Naming emotional abuse across personal, family and professional spaces.
Addiction & Emotional Dependency
Breaking cycles of chaos, overstimulation and invisible grief.
Domestic, Financial & Digital Abuse
Understanding power and control in a post-pandemic, tech-driven world.
Workplace Mental Health
Redefining DEI through a trauma-informed lens.
Leadership & Legacy
Prioritising mental wealth as a foundation for sustainable success.
This campaign exists because “awareness” is not enough. Women of colour need spaces that speak their language, reflect their experience and restore their nervous systems.
MENTAL WEALTH: Reclaim. Rebuild. Rise. invites survivors, professionals, creators, carers and CEOs to pause and then build. Together. Intentionally.
Join the conversation.
