Blend a Healthy Snack to Keep you Fuelled Up

This fruit smoothie is made with the following 5 ingredients:

  • Mango

  • Apple

  • Pear

  • Banana

  • Soya Milk (or Water if you prefer)

If you want your smoothie to stay thick, then leave out the soya milk or water.
